Return & Refund Policy

We accept exchange requests (not returns for refund, unless defective) under the following conditions:

• Request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
• The item is not from our custom order or personalised category.
• The item is not a sale or clearance item (marked "Final Sale").

1. WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210 with:
   • Your order reference number or order date
   • Product name and variant ordered
   • Reason for return / exchange
   • Clear photos of the item and packaging
2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
3. If approved, we will share the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or wrong items.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange or refund within 3–5 business days.

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product:

• Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will arrange pickup at no cost to you.
• You will receive a full replacement or a complete refund — your choice.

• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original order (UPI / bank transfer).
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of defective/wrong items).

• Custom / personalised orders
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without original packaging and tags
